Certified Wellness Coach

"Awareness is the greatest agent for change." - Eckhart Tolle

My Story

I once held space for thousands. Now, I hold it for you.

I wasn't always a wellness coach by trade. But the calling was always there, stirring beneath the surface. Stay with me...

For over two decades, I built a career in corporate hospitality, event planning, and people management. Those fast-paced industries taught me how to hold space at scale, anticipate needs before they were named, and stay perfectly composed in the chaos. As a leader, my true passion was mentoring my team as whole people and creating a welcoming environment where they could genuinely thrive.

But my deepest education came from walking through life’s heaviest storms myself. Chronic stress, health challenges, major transitions, and loss—I’ve lived them all. I know exactly what it feels like to run on empty for a demanding world while your own needs sit at the bottom of the list. I know what it’s like to be stuck on autopilot, and I know what it takes to come home to yourself.

Eventually, I realized the next natural step was to help people focus on what matters most: themselves and their well-being. I became a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, feeling a deep calling to share my lived experiences, education, and professional wisdom with those looking for a new path forward.

Today, I combine that knowledge with evidence-based, client-centered coaching grounded in NBHWC guidelines. My purpose is to hold a welcoming space where you can finally breathe, focus, and realign your daily life on your own terms as you move towards renewed balance and intentional fulfillment.

Common Questions About
Wellness Coaching

If you're curious about what wellness coaching is and whether it's right for you, here are a few answers to the questions people ask most often.

What is wellness coaching?
Wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process that helps you create sustainable habits, clarify your goals, and make meaningful changes in support of your overall well-being. It focuses on where you are now, where you want to be, and the steps that can help you get there.
How does it work?
Through supportive conversations, thoughtful questions, and personalized behavior-modification strategies, wellness coaching helps you identify what matters most to you and build realistic action steps. Sessions are designed to help you increase awareness, strengthen motivation, and stay accountable in a way that feels encouraging rather than overwhelming - leading to lasting results and a more fulfilled life.
Does coaching really work?
Yes, wellness coaching can be highly effective when you're open to the process and ready to make intentional changes. It is especially helpful for people who want support turning their goals into consistent action, whether that means improving routines, managing stress, increasing energy, or creating better balance in daily life.
What kinds of goals can a wellness coach help with?
Wellness coaching can support goals and lifestyle changes related to stress management, sleep, nutrition, movement, self-care, mindset, work-life balance, major life transitions, building healthier daily habits, reaching short or long term goals, and more. It is tailored to your life, your priorities, and your definition of well-being.
Is it the same as therapy?
No. Therapy often focuses on mental health diagnosis, healing, and treatment, while wellness coaching is future-focused and centered on behavior change, personal growth, and well-being goals. Coaching does not replace therapy or medical care, but it can be a valuable complement to other support systems.
